At Saanjh Stays, we understand that plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations made for reservations booked directly with Saanjh Stays.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
The refund applicable to a cancelled reservation will depend on the number of days remaining before the scheduled check-in date:

| Less than 10 days but more than 2 days before check-in | 50% refund |
| Within 2 days before check-in, on the check-in date, or after check-in | No refund |
The cancellation date will be determined based on the date and time Saanjh Stays receives the cancellation request.
2. How to Cancel Your Booking
To request a cancellation, please contact Saanjh Stays directly using any of the contact options below.
When contacting us, please provide your:
- Booking name
- Booking/reference number
- Property name
- Scheduled check-in date
- Reason for cancellation (optional)
Your cancellation request will be considered received once it has been acknowledged by our team.
3. Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, the approved amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution. Saanjh Stays is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4. No-Show
If a guest does not arrive for their scheduled stay without cancelling the reservation in advance, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
5. Early Departure
If a guest chooses to leave before the scheduled check-out date, the unused portion of the booking will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Saanjh Stays.
6. Booking-Specific Terms
Certain promotional offers, special rates, packages, or bookings made through third-party booking platforms may have different cancellation and refund conditions.
Where specific cancellation terms were clearly communicated and accepted at the time of booking, those terms will apply to that reservation.
7. Changes to This Policy
Saanjh Stays reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy applicable at the time of booking will generally govern that reservation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
